Chad Opaleski started his plumbing business out of a blue pickup truck in 2008.
When he needed guidance, he turned to his dad who was also a business owner and an inspiration for Chad’s entrepreneurial spirit. His father helped ask the hard questions that helped lead Chad into a career in the plumbing industry due to its necessity in all communities. Growing up, Chad was raised by an extremely hardworking mother and father whose influences had lasting and profound effects on him that translate into how he built his business.
Without them none of this would be possible. The whole staff recognizes the value of their wonderful customers every day. It means so much that those first people took a chance on the little guy in the blue pick-up.

Chad’s wife, Natalie joined in 2016, and they became an unstoppable force known as Chad’s Water Works Plumbing. Their vision, hard work, and dedication helped the company flourish. It now employs more than 60 employees and serves Marion County and surrounding areas.
Chad and Natalie feel a great deal of gratitude to their fantastic team of plumbing professionals, customer feedback is taken seriously, and the team changes policies to best suit existing clientele and future customers.
Chad and Natalie do not manage from the sidelines; they are in the office daily to help the team assist clients and receive feedback from employees and clients. Their open- door policy ensures the staff’s ideas are heard and their needs are met. Chad and Natalie bring their unique set of skills and vibrant personalities which make the day fun, positive, and productive. Today, the large team lead by Chad’s industry experience can solve a wide range of commercial and residential plumbing issues.

The techs go through a comprehensive training and learn the proper way to diagnose, install, and repair all aspects of their field. The team works with many of the supply houses in the area to attend training sessions with top brands.
On the rare occasion a tech runs into an issue they are not familiar with, the managerial team will meet them onsite to ensure they are trained and knowledgeable of any task.
Chad’s team also diligently maintains a competitive price book for their area, and the business operators watch pricing on materials closely.
